Health & Sciences Track: Legal Workshop for Life Sciences Companies with Goodwin Procter
Join partners from Goodwin Procter LLP for a discussion about the interplay between patent rights and regulatory exclusivities, which is particularly important for early stage life science companies. Whether you are beginning the patent protection process or have existing patent rights, please join us for a comprehensive presentation on the various intellectual property and regulatory strategies a branded company should consider in anticipation of partnering discussions, FDA approval and potential generic challenges, from both the litigation and strategic development perspectives.
We will be checking all attendee registrations at the door this year. Please bring a printed or smartphone copy of your EventBrite registration and Harvard student ID if you register as a Harvard student. Attendance will be limited to registered guests and tickets will not be available at the door.
