Hawaii Renewable Energy Development Venture (HREDV) (www.hawaiirenewable.com) is a project of PICHTR.

The Pacific International Center for High Technology Research (PICHTR) (www.pichtr.org) was established in 1983.  It is a non-profit organizatino with the mission to accelerate technology commercialization to increase security, safety, and economic opportunities in Hawaii and the Asia-Pacific region. The focus of PICHTR is on renewable energy; natural disaster management; agriculture; and ocean, educational and dual-use technology.
