o Uses of Job Descriptions to Impact Bottom Line Results – use in recruiting, development, succession plans, compensation, restructuring, performance management
o Setting Your Compensation Philosophy – where do you want to pay relative to market; how does that differ from position to position;
o How To Know What You Should Be Paying – discussion of sources for good and not-so good compensation data; basics of making good comparisons to data
o Compensation Structures – basic instruction on building a comp structure
