Claudia Fulga, M.S., has over 13 years of experience in the HR function specializing in small to mid-size organizations including fast growing startups across all industries. Claudia is passionate about the strategic side of HR including setting up seamless HR departments, social media and its critical role in the HR function, defining the employer brand, creating unique cultures and pushing to make HR a strategic partner in all organizations. She has eight years of teach experience at both graduate and undergraduate levels.
Aisha Stephenson, Okta, Director of People. Aisha Stephenson, MHROD, has 13 years of experience working in various areas of the Human Resources and Staffing function across the technology and nonprofit sectors. She is passionate about acting as advocate for candidates, employees and the employer in the effort to maintain creative, productive and collaborative working environments to recruit the best and the brightest to the team, help drive the success of business and create a valuable candidate and employee experience.
Ann Watson, Wikia, Director of HR. Ann Watson is a battle-tested, high-touch HR pro with a fondness for small-to-mid-sized tech companies and a mild obsession with being the first "real" HR hire. Jon Bischke, Entelo, CEO. Jon is the co-founder and CEO of Entelo and is an experienced entrepreneur focused on the intersection of education, employment and technology. Previously, Jon was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Battery Ventures. Prior to that, he was part of the founding teams of a number of companies including Zaadz (acquired by Gaiam) and 2000Tutor (acquired by Penton Media).
