After our first HR 2.0 event in February with over 125 HR professionals from growing tech companies in the bay area, we are excited to announce our second event. Join MitchelLake Group, Jobvite, Sequoia Benefits and other HR professionals from high growth tech companies for an evening of networking, great discussion, and best practice sharing.
We are lucky to host a fireside chat with Cara Brennan Allamano, Human Resources at Pinterest. The conversation, led by Claudia Fulga, Director of HR at Skout wil focus on topics that you, the audience, requests and votes on. We will send out a survey a week prior to - so be sure to keep an eye out!

Cara Brennan Allamano, Pinterest, is a human resources leader who has founded functions for 4 companies, managed 3 corporate acquisitions and hired hundreds of top talent in the technology, marketing and communication spaces. Cara has headed HR in San Francisco for Young & Rubicam, Guthy Renker, Context Optional and is currently founding the HR function at Pinterest. She has a passion for creating a positive work environment and enjoys being a partner to senior leaders.
Claudia Fulga, Skout, Director of People. Claudia Fulga, M.S., has over 13 years of experience in the HR function specializing in small to mid-size organizations including fast growing startups across all industries. Claudia is passionate about the strategic side of HR including setting up seamless HR departments, social media and its critical role in the HR function, defining the employer brand, creating unique cultures and pushing to make HR a strategic partner in all organizations. She has eight years of teaching experience at both graduate and undergraduate levels.
