How to Transfer Images onto Wood and Fabric

Learn how to transfer colour and black and white images onto wood and fabric in this half day workshop.

During the 3hr workshop you will be taught how to transfer images whether it be old adverts, photographs or lettering.

You will paint and distress a wooden block and then add an image producing a unique piece of artwork to take home. Using another picture or lettering we will then teach you how to transfer it on to a piece of fabric which can later be used to make a cushion or decorative panel.
Workshop Details
The workshop costs £60 pp and includes all materials, tuition, teas & coffees and biscuits. Sessions run from 10:00am to 1:00pm or 1:30pm to 4:30pm. All you need to bring is a notepad and pen and wear suitable clothing, and we'll do the rest.

Our Materials
We use Chalk paint™, a decorative paint by Annie Sloan & finishes. To protect and enhance the finish we apply Annie Sloan clear soft wax.

You will take home the wooden block and fabric panel you have created.
