Practicing good self care can help you live with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF). Understanding the basics of this disease and how it’s managed are some of the first steps to a better quality of life. Nurse Practitioner Ann Laramee will offer an overview of CHF and some great information about living well despite it. This program is ideal for those with CHF, their families and loved ones or caregivers.
This program is part of the CVPH Community Lecture Series sponsored by the Foundation of CVPH. It is hosted by the EXPLORE Cardiology Committee with underwriting support from CVPH and the Champlain Valley Heart Center.
