Join BMA Carolinas for an evening of learning and networking at Charlotte's hottest new brewhouse, Heist Brewery. Meet and mingle with fellow marketers before the presentation begins at 6:30pm. As an added bonus during the networking hour, we will be offering a full brewery tour where you'll learn about the brewing process and receive a drink ticket for a taste of one of Heist's custom brews. Tour spaces are limited so please select your preferred time at registration. Attendees will enjoy a complimentary beer and a small plate buffet.

From newsletters to blog posts, case studies to books, learn how these writers find inspiration, prepare their written content and what steps they take to publish it. 

 

Panel 2: Behind the Scenes of Successful B2B Marketing Campaigns 
Learn from expert marketers Roy Morejon of Command Partners and Kyle Bumgardner of WebSiteBiz on how their agencies prepare marketing content for their B2B clients. Roy and Kyle will share their tips, tricks and insights on how to create successful websites, email marketing, search marketing and content marketing campaigns.

Adam Sutton is a Freelance Marketing Writer. His company, Magnet Ink, helps the best B2B firms generate leads and win clients with high-quality content. Trained as a journalist, Adam left the newspaper industry in 2007 and began to research what works in online marketing. He has since interviewed hundreds of experts and covered every channel in the business. His passion is to combine this knowledge with his skills as a reporter to create powerful content for marketing firms, B2B, and technology providers. Adam has taught workshops across the U.S. and spoken at industry conferences such as MarketingSherpa Email Summit and ExactTarget Connections. He is available for speaking engagements that range from large conferences to friendly chats on the phone. After some twenty years in business, Tamela Rich hung out her shingle as a ghostwriter of books, articles and presentations for business executives. Her 2012 book, "Live Full Throttle: Life Lessons from Friends Who Faced Cancer" won three national book awards and landed her with speaking gigs at national and regional medical conferences. Her latest book, with author Aaron Katsman, is "Retirement GPS: How to Navigate Your Way to a Secure Financial Future with Global Investing". Roy Morejon is President and Founder of Command Partners, a digital agency in Charlotte, NC. In charge of client services, marketing strategy and managing agency operations, Roy leads an agile team of marketing professionals who are dedicated to seeing clients take the lead in their industry. Roy has more than 15 years of digital marketing experience - agency and in-house at AT&T and Microsoft, helping B2B companies increase online visibility and brand awareness through strategic marketing, corporate communications and social media campaigns. Roy is also co-founder of the Search Engine Marketing Association of Charlotte, as well as founder of the North Carolina Businesses for Social Responsibility.
