How to Create an Outstanding Customer Experience and Use Email Marketing to Drive Business

In the first part of this seminar we focus on the total customer experience that ultimately leads to referrals and marketing momentum. We use the Duct Tape Marketing Hourglass diagram to explain a logical path a lead should follow to participate in a company’s fully-developed Marketing Hourglass.

 

The Hourglass is the easiest way to explain the marketing process in simple and practical terms. This session addresses the 7 phases of the Hourglass so that you’ll be able to apply the concepts to your business or organization and create tactics that lead a prospect into becoming a customer who actively refers new business. You'll leave with practical tactics to increase engagement, enhance the customer experience and grow your business.

 

Next we'll get into how you can't ignore email marketing as a key component of your marketing plan. Email is the most cost-effective, targeted and efficient way to build and maintain relationships in all types of businesses and organizations.
