Todd started with 2Surge in 1990 as a lead applications developer when at that time, the company was known as Customware Systems. Todd's background in development and web technologies reaches back to the early 80's and into college where he graduated with a BBA in Computer Science. Todd has served as Practice Manager and assisted with business development at 2 previous technology companies. Today, Todd manages the international operations and development teams at 2Surge and provides strategic direction to the company on progressive and upcoming technologies.
