This forum will bring together affordable housing developers, practitioners, and policymakers to discuss ways to promote affordable green building, rehabilitation, and retrofits using the Housing Credit. You will hear three affordable housing developers highlight examples from successful developments and discuss how choosing the right green features saves on operating costs, improves residents' health, uses less energy, and protects the environment.
