In this follow-up to Part I (which covers exposure, aperture and shutter speed), this class covers:
-how you can use ISO to take better pictures in low light environments
-how to use your flash so that your images look naturally lit instead of that awful "flash" look with overexposed subjects and bright backgrounds
-how you can use white balance to help you take better portraits
Weather permitting, this class will happen in Central Park. The exact location will be emailed out 24 hours prior to the class start time.
When & Where
JP Pullos has been a professional photographer for six years. In that time, his images have shown up in The New York Times, GQ, New York Magazine, Women’s Wear Daily, The New York Observer, The Village Voice and Time Out New York.
He teaches photography classes in New York City and has taught over 2,500 people how to use their cameras. His Central Park photography class was chosen by NY Magazine as one of the top ten things to do over Memorial Day weekend 2010.
When he isn’t teaching, you’ll most likely find JP photographing celebrities on and off the red carpet.
