We look forward to building a lasting relationship with you and your organization.

Overview

For as long as we can remember, Houston has shared a deep connection with the Creole culture. Whether Louisianans have fled their rural homes in the aftermath of raging flood waters, or in pursuit of better economic opportunities, Houston and Louisiana are often considered to be kindred spirits.

The mission of the Houston Creole Festival and Mardi Gras Parade celebration, is to preserve and celebrate Creole history; including its unique fusion of African, French, Native American and Spanish cultures.  In addition, we plan to welcome and celebrate with those who have decided to relocate to the Bayou City.

We invite you to come out and enjoy three days filled with family-oriented, Creole-inspired food, music and frivolity. Join us:
