Hands-on Class: Must be 18 or older to attend

Summer is here.  Waters off the Pacific coast has been yielding a cornucopia of seafood.  Join Chef Kelly in a local, fresh and tasty menu inspired by your own hook and line.  Or going to the Whole Foods fish department.  This will be a hands-on class where you will be learning a variety of cooking techniques, ideas and recipes.

 

Menu:  Hot Summer Seafood 

  • Psarosoupa – Greek fish (seafood) and vegetable soup
  • Broiled or Grilled Catch of the Day fish with a Lemon Olive Tapenade
  • Mediterranean Seafood Vegetable Paella
  • Corn Maque Choux with Bacon and Shrimp
  • Deconstructed Peach Pie Sundae
