South Carolina Child Care Resource & Referral Network

SC-CCRRN is designed to:

We serve the needs of families, early care professionals, and the community-at-large by providing consultations, referrals, training, and technical assistance. The SC-CCRRN also helps parents seeking child care to find child care providers in their area. Whether you are a parent seeking child care resources, a child care provider seeking help with your work, an employer trying to assist parents in your organization, or a community organization involved with children, we look forward to helping you obtain the information you need.

Our goal is to provide free training and events opportunities to early childhood educators, families and communities.

Don’t miss that training or special event located on this calendar! The calendar features upcoming SC-CCRRN trainings throughout South Carolina.

Professional development is critical in the field of early childhood education. There is always something new to learn to improve the quality of your care and/or your center. It is important to ensure that you and your staff members are up to date on the latest research, techniques, and strategies for the early childhood educator. Seek opportunities to attend conferences, classes, and trainings and request on-site technical assistance.

DSS Child Care Licensing requires staff members at registered and licensed child care facilities to acquire training hours each year. including Family Child Care Programs are required to meet Kendra’s Law training requirements.
