Hope for Recovery
Spend a Saturday with a family member who will offer information, hope and practical strategies for dealing with the complexities of mental illness.
Participants learn information about: mental illnesses, treatments, recovery, coping strategies, the mental health system and local resources.
Lunch: Lunch is not provided as part of the workshop. Participants can bring a bagged lunch or bring money and join the group in ordering a delivery. Participants are encouraged to have lunch on site.

What We Do
The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Minnesota is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of adults and children with mental illnesses and their families. Through education, support, and advocacy NAMI Minnesota promotes the development of community mental health programs and services, improved access to services, increased opportunities for recovery, reduced stigma and discrimination, and increased public understanding of mental illness.
