Join local food blogger and cookbook author Marisa McClellan for a cranberry sauce workshop at the Plymouth Meeting Whole Foods Market. Marisa will demonstrate how to make Honey Sweetened Cranberry Sauce and all class participants will go home with a small jar. Marisa will walk all attendees through the basics of boiling water bath canning and will happily answer all canning questions.
At the end of the class, Marisa will also be available to sign copies of her new cookbook, Food in Jars: Preserving in Small Batches Year-Round, which will be for sale at the store.
