Be a smart home shopper! Learn how at our Home Inspection Class!
- The Home Inspection Class is held separate from the four-week home buyer course - it takes place on site in a local home
- A certified inspector walks us through a home inspection - including a close examination of the home both inside and out, plus basements, attics, garages, and so on
- You'll learn what to look for when you are visiting homes for sale, plus what questions to ask, and potential "show stoppers"
- The Home Inspection Class is $20 per person - but is HALF PRICE for anyone who has completed Home Buyer U! Couples may attend for $35.
- The Home Inspection Class is held monthly for any interested buyer -- you do not have to be a first time buyer to attend, nor a customer in our home ownership program
