Holiday Truffles and Chocolates

The Fall is upon us and this brings many familiar flavors from the past which we can incorporate into making Holiday Chocolates. Some of the truffles we will be making are Pumpkin Caramel, Gingerbread, Candy Cane, Cinnamon Pecan and Egg Nog. We will also make a holiday drinking chocolate.
You will learn all the essentials to make these chocolates for your friends and family. This class will include recipes, finishing techniques and each person will take home a ballotin of products from the class.
We will provide beverages and light finger foods for your enjoyment while in attendance.
- Participants must make reservations in advance as space is limited and classes sell out quickly. Call us at 727-593-0656 to make a reservation or register at EventBrite. All reservations require payment. ($80.00+tax per person)
All tools, equipment and ingredients will be provided for each participant.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age (unless accompanied and supervised by parent or legal guardian)
