Holiday-themed food and wine event will benefit the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra.
On Friday, December 7, Winter Park’s Hannibal Square Business Association will present “Holiday in Hannibal Square,” a celebration from 5:30 to 8 :30 p.m. on New England Avenue. The event will feature food and wine provided by Hannibal Square restaurants, and live music by musicians of the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra.
Tickets are $25 in advance, or $30 on the day of the event. Children under 12 are free. Groups of ten tickets are available for $200 ($20 per ticket). Part of the proceeds will benefit the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra. Free parking for the event is available in the garage on Lyman Ave and Pennsylvania Ave.
Now celebrating its 20th Anniversary Season, the Orlando Philharmonic is Central Florida’s resident professional orchestra, appearing in over 125 performances each year. The orchestra offers a variety of programs, from classical and pops concerts to chamber music, staged musicals and opera productions. Education programs and community concerts are also a core part of the Philharmonic’s programming.
