Increase the range of motion on your hips with different asanas ( poses ) and discover new ways to move and work on your best potential in and out of the yoga mat!
Hips are one of the areas in the body where we hide most of our negative emotions and stress preventing us from getting more fun out of our physical practice.
Ceci will guide through a journey where you will learn the basic alignment of your body in order to increase the range of motion in your hips. You will stretch them out and release not only toxins, but stress with ease and awareness of your personal body's limits and subsequent asanas relative variations.
This workshop will reveal a new relationship between your hips and your body's muscles, through a flow of physical asanas, breathing exercises, interactive discussion of each movement and guided meditation.
