Sales Management Processes To Proactively Manage Your Sales Team
Adventace is excited to announce that we are conducting our High Performance Sales Management Seminar in the Chicago area, April 23, to help sales managers measurably improve performance across their sales team.
This seminar focuses on helping managers resolve some of the most challenging areas of sales management through the use of the "Four Pillars of Sales Management™":
- Opportunity Management: Managers learn how to quickly and consistently identify and rectify key problem areas on opportunities. This results in shortened sales cycles, increased win rates, and reduces the cost of sales pursuit.
- Pipeline Management and Forecasting: Managers are provided with the means to help sellers achieve, and maintain, balanced pipelines with the Pipeline Balance Algorithm. This, in turn, helps them achieve quota, short and long-term. Improved Opportunity Assessment and Pipeline Management then helps managers, and therefore sellers, more accurately forecast close dates on individual opportunities.
- Seller Skill Development: Thru the utilization of Pillars 1 & 2, managers are shown how to proactively identify selling skill deficiencies (from a set of nine) through the Skill Analyzer™. They will then develop surgical Personal Development Plans to achieve measurable skill improvement.
- Metric-Driven Performance Improvement: Managers are shown the Operations Review process designed to "pull it all together". This in-field program helps to establish effective sales management habits that will translate into highly effective sales habits for sellers.
During the Seminar, attendees will learn how to create and manage a High Performance Sales Team. Attendees will also apply the tools and processes learned to assess current opportunities from their team, determine team member pipeline balance (and therefore their own pipeline balance), and analyze the skills of their team to determine where defficiencies exist in order to then develop an improvement plan.
