Donna and Wes Griffin have been playing music for the past twenty- five years throughout Kentucky and Southern Indiana. They play and sing traditional music, as well as contemporary and original music on folk instruments. Donna plays mountain and hammered dulcimers, accordion and concertina. Wes plays mountain dulcimer and guitar.
The Smithsonian’s New Harmonies traveling roots music exhibit featured the Griffins representing traditional music in the concert series accompanying the exhibit in Kentucky. They have performed for the Indiana Department of Natural Resources in settings including O’Bannon Woods, Spring Mill Park, and Falls of the Ohio State Park.
