Tinctures are one easy way to take your herbal remedies. In this class we'll make a few tinctures, and discuss the differences between extracting fresh and dried herbs. You will leave the class understanding how to make a tincture of any herb. The tinctures made in this class will be used in the November’s Syrups and Elixirs class, so come back in November to learn more and take home the samples. Betzy Bancroft teaches Food as Medicine and Nutrition at the Vermont Center for Integrative Herbalism in Montpelier.
