Spice up your dinner with this monthly program on culinary herbs and spices. Each month will have a program covering things like herb pairings, beverages (think spiced wines and herbal liqueurs), tips on growing them yourself, and of course you'll get a small sample at the end.
This month's presenter will be Kathy Weaver from Seasons Olive Oil & Vinegar Tap Room, located at 36 W. King St. in Lancaster. As part of their product education program, their goal this evening will be to provide interesting, important, and health-related facts about our fresh olive oils and aged balsamic vinegars. Kathy will conclude the program by sharing foods prepared with their herbal infused olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Among the offerings:

Bread to dip in a tuscan olive oil
