Ways2Work (W2W) Essex in Partnership with the University of Essex are pleased to be able to invite you to a free half-day seminar on Disability and Employability. The seminar will look at the social and economic return, legal implications, benefits and support available in employing disabled people.
The event is being held to coincide with the International Day of Disabled Persons a day proclaimed by the UN to celebrate and acknowledge the experience and capabilities of people with disabilities. The seminar aimed at businesses, not for profit and charitable organisations, located in Essex, who wish to further their knowledge and understanding about the "disabled market", which is estimated to be in excess of £40 billion per year. Speakers are drawn from the Access to Work, British Association for Supported Employment, Essex County Council, Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP and the University of Essex
