This seminar relays valuable information by simulating the process of equipping a short-term team. You will not only learn about leading, you will experience being a team member. CULTURELink training emphasizes people development as well as ministry preparation.
Larry Ragan brings experience from over 50 countries. He has led prayer teams, professional exchanges, English schools, outreaches, building projects, disaster relief teams, and more. As a result, many have been mobilized for full-time global involvement. Larry Ragan, founder of CULTURELink, began his international experience in the South Pacific. What others are saying
... voted most helpful seminar at the ACMC National Conferences.
If the 55 teams I received in Albania had half of this training, our projects would have been so much deeper and more significant.
~Cori Crawford, Campus Crusade for Christ
... not only practical, but spiritual. I didn't expect the seminar to be this spiritually motivating. I left inspired, convicted, and personally transformed.

When & Where
Making disciples of those who will make disciples of all nations, our ministry is to enhance cross-cultural effectiveness through education, equipping, and exposure.
CULTURELink provides practical training and resources to enable churches, mission organizations, and corporations to impact others as they effectively serve in cross-cultural settings.
CULTURELink trains and prepares individuals, team leaders, and team members to successfully integrate into new cultural environments. Whether moving to another country long term or visiting short term in order to provide disaster relief (earthquakes, floods), correct social injustices (illiteracy, sex trafficking), meet physical needs (AIDS, hunger, housing, medical) or expand and develop Christian ministries (church planting, discipleship programs), CULTURELink enhances cross-cultural effectiveness.
CULTURELink was founded in 1995 to provide training and resources for individuals, churches, mission organizations, and corporations as they move beyond their own cultural walls to impact the world. Throughout CULTURELink‘s short but rich history, thousands of disciples have been equipped and strengthened and thousands more made as a result of CULTURELink‘s training seminars.
Our knowledgeable and experienced team of instructors guide seminar participants through all aspects of preparing and leading their cross-cultural teams. Seminar participants consistently share that CULTURELink‘s training has been the single greatest source of impact in the preparation and planning of their short-term mission trips.
Completely based in Scripture, our core beliefs guide every aspect of CULTURELink‘s mission and ministry and spur us on to reach the world as we follow Jesus’ admonition to “go and make disciples of all nations.”
