MORNING CLASS -- Help Desk 101: How to Run a Rockin' Help Desk (8am - 12pm)
In this four-hour class, taught by a full-fledged IT pro, you’ll snag tools, templates, and tips for managing an effective Help Desk. Not only will you open up time you didn’t even know you had, you’ll prove once again that you’re worth your weight in gold.

We are also offering a full day of hands-on training on August 17th - the day before this one! Our SpiceTrainer will be offering Spiceworks 101: Foundations and Lab on Friday.
We want our students fueled and alert for class, so we'll have some drinks and light snacks.

Alex, our Connecticut-based SpiceTrainer has been working in IT for more than 12 years, plus he holds an A.S. in Computer Systems Tech and a B.I.T. in Network Administration. He’s actively involved in IT on a daily basis – checking logs, supporting users, putting out fires, and implementing projects, and he loves it! Other than tech, and freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, he also loves to share his knowledge with others, and he’s very happy to help you get the most out of Spiceworks.
