This class is for women in all stages of pregnancy. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogini, you will benefit from this gentle Hatha class. This class will help you ease the discomforts of pregnancy, prepare you physically, mentally, and spiritually for childbirth and motherhood and allow for some much needed relaxation. This class will help strengthen and stretch your body, teach concentration and self awareness and give you relaxation tools that can be beneficial during your labor. Prenatal yoga allows you to be aware of your own beauty and power and can be useful throughout your labor and beyond.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your first class to fill out necessary paperwork
If you are purchasing the 3 class special, you must register seperately for your other classes under the ticket option 3 class special ticket #2 & #3. Do not schedule them for the same day that you schedule your initial class. You must pick two other dates and choose the appropriate ticket option.

Props such as straps, blocks and blankets will be provided.
A confirmation email will be sent out the day before class from the instructor to confirm attendance. There must be a minimum of 2 participants in order to hold the class. Classes are subject to cancellation due to low attendance.
