Heil Valley Ranch Flood Repair
Sunday, May 18, 2014 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Boulder, United States
Come help us reconstruct Heil Valley Ranch's trails that were damaged during the flood. Volunteers will use handtools to repair the worst of the damage caused by the September flood to help us reopen the southern end of the park. There may be lots of hiking along the Wapiti Trail so please come ready to work outside and be on the move. Please register and an informational email will be sent later this week.
This is a morning project that runs from 9:00am until 1:00pm. We will meet at the Geer Canyon Parking lot that is still closed to the public so it is very important that you are on time. We will close the gate and no one will be allowed in after we begin. Snacks will be provided but please plan on bringing any other food you may need. The minimum age is 12 with adult supervision. For more information please call Fletcher Jacobs at 303-678-6344 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
