Heart-to-Heart Interactive Storytelling: SP14
Thursday, April 17, 2014 from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM (EDT)
Cancer survivors and family members of all ages are invited to join us for a special presentation by Master Storyteller and oral cancer survivor Eva Grayzel. In her spunky, interactive style, Eva entertains and inspires audiences with stories that give survivorship a voice, validating feelings and articulating wisdom for moving above and beyond.
Attendees will receive a free, signed copy of Eva’s book, Mr. C Plays Hide & Seek. This illustrated book tells the story of cancer from the perspective of a cancer cell. It helps make cancer less scary for children, explores communication and coping skills, and provides a sense of empowerment for children who have a loved one with cancer.
Presented in collaboration with the Ohio State University College of Dentistry.
