The class tonight looks at portion size an getting more vegetables in your diet. With just a few simple techniques, we'll shrink the amount of meats in our daily meals and be healthier for it.
White Bean Dip with Toasted Pita Chips
Hearty Lentil salad with roasted beets, fennel and mint.
Chicken Marsala - This classic dish gets loaded with mushrooms and our "secret" preparation fills the plate with chicken.
Broccoli Rabe - A quick saute with herbs, a hand ful of pine nuts, and a squeeze of lemon juice makes this dish a star.
Fruit Parfait - Fresh seasonal fruit is used to create this satifying dessert.
Cost is $65 per class or $300 for the series. Class begins at 6:30pm and last approximately 2 hours.
