The cold winter months are here and spending time in the kitchen creating delicious treats helps keep you warm and the house smelling great. We'll create some tasty treats that utilize healthier ingredient yet sacrafice nothing in flavor.
Almond Ricotta Cake - This luscious cake gets it moisture from Olive Oil and Ricotta cheese. Lemon zest provided a added kick of flavor. This cake will be one of your favorites.
Updated Coffee Cake - A classic cake to enjoy anytime of the day and especially good with a warm cup of joe or tea. We've made this recipe for years using Sour Cream, but with our swap out ingredient, you'll shave off fat and calories while having a decadent cake.
Macaroons - It seems that everywhere you look, Macaroons are popping up. They're easy to make and contain much less fat that other treats. We'll sandwich a bit of jam between our for an extra dose of fruit.
Oatmeal Apricot Cookies - Dried fruit is a great addition to any cookie as it retains all the fiber. We'll show you how to get professional results that will make the cookies disappear quicker than you can make them.
Medditeranean Honey Pistaschio Cake - Full of flavor and richness, just a small serving goes a long way with this dessert.
Cost is $80. Class begins at 11am and lasts approximately 3 hours.
