We will be working att the Riley-Levin Children's Garden.
Below is information about CCO:
CCO is a student organized, student run, undergraduate service day that promotes community service on campus. As a community service initiative that seeks to bring together the Columbia University community and raise awareness for volunteerism, CCO’s two goals are to increase campus knowledge of opportunities for long-term service and to form mutually beneficial relationships with the Harlem, Morningside Heights, and greater New York communities. Since CCO’s inception, thousands of Columbia volunteers have volunteered at over 90 sites citywide and raised over $20,000 for Columbia's on-going service programs.
Every spring, CCO organizes a student-led day of volunteering during which over 1,000 students, faculty, staff, and alumni venture out into the city to work alongside community members and non-profit organizations on more than 40 different projects.
