Health Innovation Grants Promoting Health Food Access Workshop

Your attendance at an upcoming workshop and successful application could bring resources to your community, organization, neighborhood, school, workplace or place of worship. Up to $25,000 total in mini-grants will be given out to projects in Eatonville, Maitland and Winter Park that promote healthy food access, connect consumers to healthy food, or encourage availability and consumption of fresh/healthy food.
This grant process is designed to be streamlined and simple, but you must attend this informative, engaging, educational workshop to be eligible to apply.

Your grant submission should focus on the goal of: increasing healthy eating and healthy food access in the three target communities. All grant applications must address healthy food access in ways outlined in the workshop, yet with an innovative, localized response. Individuals are welcome to attend and to submit ideas. However, grants will ultimately be made to recognized 501(c)(3) organizations for implementation. Collaborations are encouraged.
Registration and seating are limited to two people per organization. The workshop is free and a light breakfast will be provided. Sign up early to ensure your place - seating is limited.
