Hear from experts and alumni about what they're seeing in the Health Care market, including what's trending now and issues to be
aware of. Panelists include:

Michelle Boylan:

Michelle is the VP for Quality and Risk Management for the Olathe Health System. She has more than 25 years of experience in strategic and operational leadership. Her dynamic change agent approach and results oriented style have created a strong track record of performance ecellence in all sizes of organizations in the for-profit and not for profit sectors. Michelle also sits on the Kansas Hospital Association Patient Safety Committee and is an Institute for Healthcare Improvement 2014 Fellow Badridge Examiner.

Frances Rogers Seidl, MN, RN:

Frances currently is the Director of Education Services for Great Plains Health Alliance and Educator at Starkey, Inc. Frances' nursing practice has included staff nursing and supervisory positions in urban and small rural hospitals in all specialty areas, Director of a 26 bed hospital-based skilled unit, and faculty member at a number of schools and colleges.

Patty Kohn:

Patty is a Service Leader for Regional Markets of Mosaic Life Care. In her position, Patty provides leadership for the Life Coaching Division and non-clinical segments of the Life Care model. She also is responsible for developing world class life coaching services and providing resources to help clients live life well. The Mosaic Life centers are focused on health, lifestyle, career, finances, relationships, creativity, and inner peace.

Denise Martinek:

Denise is the Executive Director of Women's & Children's Services at Shawnee Mission Medical Center. She is responsible for the financial outcomes and overall operations for Women's & Children's Services. Since 2004, Denise has served on the Board of Directors for the Kansas Organization of Nurse Leaders (KONL) as Communications Chair and Web Master. She also serves on the March of Dimes State Program Services Committee, the Kansas Perinatal Quality Collaborative Executive Team and the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas.
