The CIA Declassified: Creating a culture and a team of special CIA Agents!
Ben Compton declassifies the secrets of the CIA, sharing how the CIA leadership philosophy helped transform the Service Desk at Tampa Electric from the “helpless desk” into a HDI Internal Service Desk Excellence Winner and a strategic part of the IT organization!
The CIA philosophy is focused to:
- CARE about and create a culture where people can express their own greatness and allow others to discover and express their own greatness
- INSPIRE your team to grow and perform beyond what they thought possible
- ACHIEVE results by closing the gap between business results promised and those delivered
The CIA philosophy will self-replicate until all parts of your organization are willing and active CIA operatives and consistent and meaningful business results are achieved.
The presentation will be interactive, allowing participants to share their own insights with others in small groups and practice applying the principles included in the CIA philosophy.
