For the past ten years, his focus has been to serve his customers as insurance producer/HR risk manager. Prior to joining ELAP, William worked in the Dallas Market for UNUM Life Insurance Company of America. In 2008, William received the Certified Employment Law Specialist (CELS) Designation. He graduated in 1988 from Louisiana State University.
