The 5Cities Homeless Coalition is working to strengthen the South County community by mobilizing resources, hope, and support for the homeless and those facing homelessness. 5CHC offers support for self-sufficiency; including housing deposits and move-in costs, and immediate needs not available through other resources. Referral services were offered to hundreds more for family services, substance abuse services, domestic violence, dental care and employment assistance.
Working with the Trilogy Service club, 5CHC's efforts provide local families with guidance for personal growth and access to appropriate benefits and community resources. 5CHC works to provide the resources that may be needed to stabilize their life and re-house them. This is done with a comprehensive case plan, in partnership with other community agencies, and geared for their individual success.
