If you are looking to train for a 10 Miler or Half marathon this fall then we have the program for you.
Join our USA Track & Field certified coaches, Justin DiIanni and Matt Imhof, as they prepare our training group for the Harvest Moon 10 Miler on Saturday, October 11. Each participant will receive a weekly mileage chart and the opportunity to join the coaches for 2 coached runs each week. Tuesday's at 6:30 pm and Saturday's at 7:00 am. There will also be the opportunity to run an additional 3rd run on Thursday's at 6:30 pm with our fun run leader and Couch to 5k coach Suzanne Natter. Additionally, there will be in store clinics, product demo's, special shopping days and more.
Running the EQT 10 miler or a fall half marathon, come join us also. The more the merrier.
Our initial run will meet at 7:00 am in Riverfront Park in Southside, 18th Street, under the Birmingham Bridge. We will have introductions, mileage charts, route explainations and lots of other information to start you off right. Please arrive on time so we all have a chance to meet and get to know our new running friends.
