Rochelle Najmy, a human resource consultant with extensive hiring and interviewing experience brings her expertise to help participants understand what perspective employers are looking for during the hire/interview process. Rochelle will provide both a manager’s view and an action plan for candidates that focus on critical success factors in obtaining, preparing for, and performing well in phone and face to face interview opportunities.
Rochelle began her career in the Information Technology industry and after several years transitioned to a strong area of interest that reflected her passion for people in human resources. She assumed roles in employee relations including investigating workforce issues, then evolving further into hiring, coaching, succession planning, talent management, conflict resolution and other areas related to human capital in Fortune 500 companies. Currently Rochelle provides consulting services and coaching for organizations who are seeking to align staffing and organizational development with their business strategy.
