About the DJs:
Augustine began his formal affair with music at the early age of 12 playing percussion in his school’s jazz band. Continuing to play the drums over the next 7 years, he was influenced by rock, industrial, hip-hop, and electronic music. Since 1996 Augustine has been bringing his passion for house music to clubs, parties, beaches, and deserts across the US, Central and South America. A house aficionado with a vast collection including funky, minimal, tech, and deep house, DJ Augustine also traverses other genres of music. Now a resident of San Francisco, he continues to bump sound systems regularly and is known for pushing the limits of mixers and tachometers alike.
Dave Mak has been a vinyl disc jockey for over 20 years. What began at his college radio station DJing, quickly evolved into an impassioned lifelong hobby. Fueled by the Midwest rave scene in the early to late 90′s his influences were rooted in Chicago House and Detroit Techno. His love for music since inspired a deep exploration into a wide variety of music genres. While he is best known for spinning deep house and tech-house, his repertoire commonly spans genres including downtempo, hip-hop, funk, soul and R&B to suit the character of the crowd, venue, and event.
Karsten Sollors brings deep house and tech house rockers to create a utopic dance floor experience. Influenced by 90's rave culture and the current European dance movement, he's traveled all over the globe to hone his craft.
DJ Sol (aka - Dave Bailey) comes from a background of 3 generations of musician's, so music has always been a very integral part of his life.
