Friday Nights Go From Flab to Fab with Happy Hour Fitness
South Florida women are about to get a new take on the term “Happy Hour.” Transforming the meaning of a great weekend kick-off from a calorie-loaded gossip session to a serotonin-boosting workout, Miami Fitness Guru Janette Janero is pleased to announce the launch of her weekly workout concept: Happy Hour Fitness.
The new sweat sessions take place every Friday from 6:00-7:15 p.m. The session begins with a 60 minute calorie-blasting dance cardio class (featuring a playlist of the latest hit tracks) followed by a condensed abdominal strengthening class, called “Non-Fat Abs,” 15 minutes of highly effective core strengthening moves.
Priced at $15, the 75-minute session offers a waistband-friendly way to start the weekend off right.
Discounted faux cocktails and slimming smoothies will be available for purchase at the in-house smoothie bar.
