Sue is the founder of the Bian Firm (www.bianlaw.com). She has extensive immigration experience representing private companies in obtaining residence status and nonimmigrant worker visas for their employees, and represented many scientists, researchers and scholars, and other clients with extraordinary ability in their immigrant visa petitions. Sue has also advised foreign investors on their investments in the U.S. through EB-5 Regional Center Pilot Program and EB-5 Direct Program, and counseling on EB-5 Regional Center Applications.
