Every travel package includes your shuttle passes to the festival and a souvenir poster. Plus, enjoy our morning acoustic concert sessions on Saturday and Sunday morning during the Hangout Fest exclusively at Beach Club.

IMPORTANT: The card used to make your initial purchase will be charged the remaining balance on 4/16/15.

PACKAGE INFORMATION

• Once you purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email from Eventbrite on behalf of Hangout Music Festival.
• If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox make sure to check your junk/spam folder or click here to access the Eventbrite help center. Note: no barcoded tickets will be issued for this event, all ticket-purchasers will receive a festival wristband.

• Hangout Music Festival Travel Packages are will call only and non-transferable. To redeem all elements of your travel package order you must present your receipt, picture ID, and credit card at check-in. All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.
• All sales final. No refunds or exchanges.
  
• You must be 21 or older to book a travel package.
• Event is rain or shine.
  
• You must be 18 years or older to attend Hangout Music Festival unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Upon purchase, you agree that the credit card that you have on file with Eventbrite will be charged by Eventbrite for the amounts set forth above on the dates set forth above. You agree that if such credit card expires, is invalid, is deleted or is otherwise not capable of effecting payment on the dates set forth above, Eventbrite will give you notice to the email you provided above and a period of 10 days to effect the payment. If Eventbrite does not receive payment within such period, this Agreement will be deemed to be cancelled and all prior amounts will be forfeited, except to the extent set forth Notices to Residents of Certain States in the wavier. A copy of these terms will be included on your confirmation email. You will receive an email receipt for each payment.
