Our regal riverboat features two decks with large wooden dance floors on each. On the main floor, sway your hips to the frenetic Latin rhythms from our featured live band and DjReyCua of TheeHotSpot. On the ground floor, spin, pop and lock to bassy hip-hop beats as special guest DJ Nero keeps the roof blazing with his top 40 list and more.

Question: When is the event?
Answer: Saturday, October 20, 2012.
Question: What time should I arrive?
Answer: Guests should arrive NO LATER THAN by 7:30pm. Boat leaves at 8:00pm SHARP! Please allow time for finding parking. We strongly recommend checking traffic conditions prior to hitting the road.
The cruise is 4 hours long, from 8:00pm to 12:00am.
Question: Where is the boat party event?
Answer: The event is located at 998 West Mission Bay Drive, San Diego, CA 91209. This is also the address to the Bahia Hotel. The boat will leave from the Bahia Hotel and return to the Bahia Hotel.
Question: Is there free parking?
Answer: YES. Complimentary guest parking is available on Gleason Road and Ventura Cove. This is the parking lot of the Bahia Hotel located at (998 W Mission Bay Drive, San Diego, CA 92109). If you have trouble finding the location or finding the parking lot, please contact the Bahia Hotel reception at (858) 488-0551.

Question: Do we get a discount at the Bahia Hotel?
Answer: YES. Attendees of the Moonlight Masquerade can receive a 15% reduction on the prevailing room rates quoted at the time of reservation. Prices are based upon availability and a minimum one night stay. Please note the 15% off the rate at the time of the reservation will vary. This is not a flat group rate. Rate vary with occupancy, location and season.

Question: What should I wear?
Answer: The dress code is semi-formal. Ties are optional for gentlemen. Dress to impress.
Question: I have a killer Halloween costume. Can I wear it to the Moonlight Masquerade boat party?
Answer: Since this is a semi-formal attire event, Halloween costumes will not be permitted.
Question: Do I have to wear a mask?
Answer: Masks are highly recommended, though not required. Mask recommendations: Masks should cover the area around at least one eye, and must not impair your field of vision. Masked on sticks will be allowed, but may be cumbersome to carry while moving about.
Question: What kind of shoes should I wear?
Answer: The Moonlight Masquerade is a dance event, so please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear. No shoes with treads will be allowed; this means sneakers and men's boots will not be allowed. Flip-flops and sandals are not appropriate. Shoes are required.
Question: What is a VIP table?
Answer: For the ultimate boat party experience, reserve a VIP table for yourself and your friends. While there is limited open seating on both dance floors, a VIP table is guaranteed reserved seating at the event for 10 guests per table. If you have a group of 10 friends, you can split the cost of a VIP table for around $10 per person.
Question: Is there bottle service?
Answer: YES, but only for those who have a VIP table. Avoid waiting in line at the bar and reserve a VIP table for only $99. Each VIP table seats up to 10 people. Bottle service is optional and available upon request. VIP table reservation fee does not include price of admission.
Question: How does the ticketing process work?
Answer: To buy tickets, simply go to the Buy Tickets! tab. Select the number of tickets or VIP tables you would like to purchase. If you have a promotion code, click the hyperlink that reads "Enter promotional code" and enter your code. A convenience fee will apply towards all online purchases. When ready to make your purchases, click the "Order Now" button. This will take you to our online ticket processing service called Eventbrite.
Eventbrite's credit card payment processor allows ticket buyers to easily and safely purchase tickets online. Your information is processed over a secure connection using a PCI-compliant gateway. Rock Sugar Marketing will not have access to your credit card. You can expect to see charges on your credit card statement displayed as "EB*" followed by the first 17 characters of the event title. If you happen to come across a charge that you do not recognize, contact the Eventbrite support team at (800) 920-2063.
After completing your transaction, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. Enclosed in this email will be a PDF of your ticket. You can print this ticket and present it on the day of the event (you can buy now and print the ticket on the day of the event). If you are a smartphone user, you can download the Eventbrite mobile app and access your ticket on your phone. We recommend you use the smartphone option to avoid hassel of paper tickets.

Question: Do you offer group or corporate discounts?
Answer: YES, if you have a party of 20 or more and plan on reserving at least 1 VIP table, please contact us for special rates (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Question: Will there be food and drinks on the boat?
Answer: There will be 2 fully stocked bars, one on each deck. Drinks can be purchased with cash or credit card. Food will also be available for purchase. Ask the bartender on board for details.
Question: Are tickets refundable or transferable?
Answer: Unfortunately, online tickets are not transferable. All sales are final. There are no refunds.
