Our annual dinner & fundraiser is our signature event of the year raising precious dollars for our riding program while offering an opportunity to socialize with old and new friends, enjoy fine food and wine and learn more about HCR’s therapeutic riding program and our accomplishments.
A live and silent auction will offer tempting one-of-a-kind items, including travel and adventure, exclusive wines, outdoor gear and more. VIP reception is at 6pm, doors open for general admission at 6:30pm, dinner begins at 7:30pm.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Plenty of parking at Rancho Nicasio, but traffic on Fridays on Highway 101 in Marin can be heavy, leave yourself plenty of time to arrive.

Yum, our dear friends at Cakebread Cellars have donated another case of incredible wine this year...come to our event and bid on their 2011 Syrah...
Our dark ruby, nearly opaque 2011 Syrah offers fascinatingly complex aromas of roasted earth and toasted blackberry, dark plum and cassis aromas, complemented by fragrant notes of violets, sage, white pepper and milk chocolate. Rich and dense on the palate with round, supple tannins, its concentrated black cherry, wild berry, plum, blackcurrant and baking spice flavors culminate in a long, savory finish with rich boysenberry and plum tones. Although this sumptuous Syrah is delicious now with hearty meals, it will develop beautifully in bottle for another 5-7 years.
Marty Knapp donates a beautiful black & white image to our silent auction. Yay! Famed Pt. Reyes Photographer Marty Knapp has donated a very special matted and framed image of horses on the hillside for our silent auction.
It just keeps getting better and better...our neighbors at Nicasio Valley Cheese Company will host a tasting at the VIP Reception. Buy your tickets and join the fun.
Big Yum -- Sir and Star at Hotel Olema have donated a "no holds barred dinner for four" at their marvelous new restaurant. Donated by Margaret Gradé and Daniel DeLong, Chefs of Mankas Lodge.
