Halfstack has teamed up with Crossfit 630 to host a Health Expo this spring! Patrons can expect keynote speakers catering to health interests such as running, Crossfit, nutritional needs, and the entrepreneurial spirit in the health and fitness industry. Visitors will have the opportunity to participate in a running clinic, experience a WOD and hear from our amazing key note speakers includig:
Barefoot/natural running clinic from the current Head Coach of the Aurora University Lacrosse Team Lauren Rippy who also is a seasoned veteran in running, time trialing, and triathlons.
Primal and Paleo diets, from Chef, Author and Blogger of PaleoPorn.net Marla Sarris.
Entrepreneurial journey and highlights from Nick Wernimont, owner of Factor 75, a Chicago-based meal delivery service that prepares fresh, made-to-order meals to improve mind and body performance.
Guests will receive a swag bag filled with local and national health and fitness brands as well as access to a video of the event & keynotes to reference afterwards. There will be some great local farms, fitness & health brands and vendors on site to introduce the audience to amazing health oriented products.
