HADDA’s Culinary Excursions: Knife SkillsInstructor: Chef Josh Delperdang Objectives:
- Participant will learn basic cutting techniques using fruits and vegetables. The fruits and vegetables will be used in creating a fresh mango salsa with baked tortilla chips and Italian bruschetta on baguettes.
- Participant will discover how to incorporate fresh herbs in cooking. Fresh herbs will be infused into oil and sorbet.
- Participant will be able to discuss sharpening options, knife care and cutting board options.
