HACKmemphis is a community-run event focused on bringing together the Memphis tech community -- developers, coders and designers alike -- to formulate amazing ideas, creative code, and awesome hardware hacks.
Join like-minded developers, hackers, and makers for our day long event to create something great. Bring your own idea or project to work on. Have an idea, but lack the skills to make it? Pitch it to attendees and form teams to make your idea a reality. Work through the day and the night and demo your progress the next day.
HACKmemphis is NOT just for developers and coders. Designers are welcome and encouraged to join. Skill level and experience level are not important. We want to encourage everyone to join us for this event.
On Saturday we will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, with plenty of drinks and snacks available. If you would like a vegetarian meal option, please let us know in advance so we can make accommodations.
CODE OF CONDUCT: HACKmemphis has adopted the PyCon Code of Conduct (https://us.pycon.org/2012/codeofconduct/).
HACKmemphis is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of HACKmemphis participants in any form.

When & Where
HACKmemphis is organized by a group in Memphis comprised of developers, makers, hackers, and local tech community supporters. We all want to see the local tech scene in Memphis thrive. We are operating under the MidsouthMakers‘ mutual nonprofit organization. This is a nonprofit venture. All money raised goes directly into creating the best event possible.
